Mileage: Reading 79,281, may be original, but probably not. THIS IS A DIFFERNET TYPE OF LISTING THAN MOST ON EBAY, IM OLD AND VERY DIRECT. TITLE: Clear title of registration in hand that will be transferred from me as a dealer to you, no problem in the US. Georgia and 4 other states do classic car titles a little different. I am close to Georgia so I get lots of cars. I have sold lots of them and no problem here in the US, until this year no problem shipping out of the country. Customs now does not like the way this is done, so if you want to export this car I will have to get a Tennessee title in my dealer name. We are a father son operation that works out of my garage, but we have dealers licences, I know what to do on the paperwork. Im 66 years old and a retired Army helicopter mechanic and technical school instructor. My son is 42 and been restoring cars since he was 13. HISTORY: I dont have any history on this car other than it came from Stone Mountain, Georgia. UP FRONT TIME SAVER: This is a good looking car, its a good running, good driving car, it stops good. It is not perfect, its drive and enjoy quality and it priced that way. Beware of pictures, my car looks like a near perfect car in pictures. It is not perfect, it nice, you will find little flaws in the paint if you look for them, the will not show up in pictures. IS THERE ANY RUST PROBLEMS? None now, but the car has had bottom of the floor pans replaced, and some filler down low. Most have had this stuff, I am just telling you up front. I know the car will sell because of the good price, a perfect car with no metal repairs will cost you lots more. If you want a fun drive and enjoy quality car this may be it, if you want a perfect roll out of the trailer show car, keep looking and get ready to pay a lot of money. IS THERE ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE? None that I can find. WHY AM I SELLING THIS CAR? Im a 66 year old retired mechanic/classic car restorer/auto mechanics intructor, when I find a car I like, can sell for a fair market price and make a few bucks, I buy it fix a few things and resell. PAINT: The car has a brillant shine, it is Fords Rangoon red. No rust bubbles, no dents or big dings. This is not a $20,000 paint job, its a drive and enjoy quality, it has a few touched up chips and some minor flaws if you look for them, but it will satisfy most people. If you want perfect, keep looking, if want a good looking car this could be it. CHROME AND BRIGHTWORK: Over all the chrome would be considered nice, the bumpers are good, a couple of the bumper guards have some pitting, the door handles new, emblems new, tail light housing new, new gas cap, back up light housing dull. INTEROR: Good interior, not new, but no real wear, no smells, one very small rubbed hole on the top edge of the back seat on edge. CONVERTIBLE TOP: Not new, but good, no holes, no real wear, the plastic back window is clear, it is manual operated and goes up good, I do not have a boot cover. GLASS: Clear windshield and all the window roll up and down good. ENGINE: The engine is a strong running V8, the car came out with a 289 cubic inch and the emblems say that, it may be a 302, they fit the same and look about the same, it has no blue smoke, no unwanted noises. Its a good engine! EXHAUST SYSTEM: Good used condition, the mufflers are by Turbo, they have a mellow sound, the tips are dual and have ugly hangers. TRANSMISSION: Its a 3 speed automatic that shifts good. C4 is Fords name for it. REAR-END: No whines or growls, its a 8 inch Ford and not positive traction, I have not checked the ratio, but its a highway gearing. BRAKES: Good brakes, they are power assisted and drums in the rear. STEERING: Good, the car drives good for a Mustang, it is power steering. WHEELS AND TIRES: Like new white wall tires with nice hubcaps. RADIO is a perfect fit aftermarket and it works, the dash is not
