I DO NOT SHOW CARS ON SUNDAY!!!!! I worship on sunday, I spend time with my family and I rest. Im 66 years old, Im a retired auto mechanics instructor and was a Chinnok helicopter mechanic and instructor in the Army. Im doing this because I love it and I need a day off. TITLE: The title matches the VIN on the car, I have the clear title in hand. We are just a father/son operation working out our garage, but I have dealers license to keep things legal. HISTORY: Sorry I can not tell you much about the history, I bought it from a car restorer friend that lives near Cincinnati, Ohio. He bought it from a guy that had most of the restoration done, he said the car originally came from the south, but I have no documentation on anything. IS THERE ANY RUST PROBLEMS? This is no rust bucket, the underside looks good, but not sanded smooth and detailed for show. No rusted holes or rust bubbles in the paint. It is no rust bucket. IS THERE ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE? None that I can find. WHY AM I SELLING THIS CAR? Im a retired mechanic/auto-mechnic instructor/was a Army helicopter mechanic and instructor. When I find a truck or car I like for a good price I buy it fix things and resell for a fair profit. IS THIS A REAL Super Sport/Rally Sport car???? No to the Super Sport part, the stripes and Super Sport look have been added. PAINT: The the paint has a brillant shine, it has no rust bubbles, the car is fairly straight to look down the sides. The stripes are painted on, no dents or dings, some touched up chips under a critical eye inspection. CHROME: All the chrome is nice, a couple of minor dings in the window trim. INTERIOR: No smoke smell, nice seat covers with no wear, door panels good, dash has no cracks, the carpet is good and the head liner good. UNSERSIDE: Not painted shinny to put mirrows under the car at a car show. Its not a rust bucket, its not covered up with under-caoting to hide problems, its not beautiful, but good. GLASS: The side windows roll up and down decent. The windshield looks new. ENGINE: Engine is a 350 that has been rebuilt, it runs good. It has no bad oil leaks, no rattles and no blue smoke. EXHAUST SYSTEM: Full tube headers, glass pacs with turn downs. TRANSMISSION: 4 speed manual that shifts decent and has no clutch slip or chatter. REAR-END: It has no bearing noises, no growls, it is a 10 bolt. BRAKES: Good, they are drums all around and not power. STEERING: The cars drives very good, it is not power steering. WHEELS AND TIRES: The wheels look like Weld to me, the tires are good, wide rims on back and narrow on the front. LIGHTS: They work, turn signals work, headlights work, tail lights work, brake lights work. GUAGES: Gas gauge works, the speedometer works. WIPERS WORK! HORN not working! The hood and trunk fit good, the doors fit good other than the drivers out a little at the back, new tight rubber is causing it. WHY DONT I FIX EVERTHING ON THE CAR: I have too many projects and there is nothing wrong with the car that will keep you from driving it just as it is.
